The granary is our recently restored early 1900s barn. Indoor capacity is roughly 75 people. There is an adjoined concrete patio outside along with ample green space, perfect for a wedding reception tent for an indoor-outdoor celebration. Our capacity for indoor-outdoor events is 115 guests.
With electrical hookups inside and outside to the patio, the granary enables you to host caterers and utilize speakers, projectors, etc.
Price includes staff coordination and assistance, electrical service, some chairs and tables, trash removal, set up & clean up time, alcohol permits, and a dress rehearsal the day prior.

Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your booking. Deposits are fully refundable prior to three months to the event, and 50% refundable prior to one month of the event. A rental contract and rules and regulations document must be acknowledged and signed prior to confirm the booking. We accept payments of cash, check, or credit card* (*credit card transactions will be subject to a fee equivalent to PayPal processing fee.) After the booking is confirmed, you will be mailed/emailed a receipt and remaining invoice. The invoice will be due prior to the event* (*time frame dependent on the type of event.)
If you are a Spring Hill member, you will receive 10% off of the rental fee. Recurring renters can receive 5% off rentals.

Our 1821 farmhouse is a charming venue or backdrop for your gatherings and celebrations. It is the perfect intimate setting for elopements, vow renewals, photography sessions, showers, meetings and more!
Utilize one of the two farmhouse porches as the setting to say "I do" or "I do - again!" Inside, the parlor and adjacent dining room are perfect for gatherings of family and friends with appetizers, hors d'oeurves, or light meals.
