Terms and Conditions

A signed contract and deposit (50% of building rental) is needed to secure building rental and date. Deposits are non refundable. Any remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of your event. All lessees must obtain a $1,000,000 Certificate of Liability naming the North Iowa Events Center and Cerro Gordo County as the additional insured. Payments accepted: cash, check, credit card(4% processing fee will be charged).
