Baxter Dining Hall, our main dining facility, can accommodate up to 250 people for a meeting or banquet. Accented by picture windows and skylights, the dining hall not only provides excellent food but also a great view of Baxter Village and the surrounding forest. Cross Keys Inn is a full service dining hall/meeting facility for up to 100 people. Air conditioned to keep you cool in the summer, Cross Keys Inn also has a rustic stone fireplace to keep you warm in the winter. This facility is excellent for large group meetings and has a fully-equipped industrial kitchen, which can be rented for a flat fee of $100. Cross Keys Inn is located close to Agape Lodge, Ryan Cottage, and the Griffith Village Cabins. The facility has wireless internet, a fireplace, and a projector screen.

Griffith Hall provides a beautiful rustic meeting and banquet space year-round. The room’s prime location offers beautiful views of the surrounding trees in spring, summer, and fall, and spectacular views of the lake during the winter. In addition to its main meeting room, which can seat up to 75 people, Griffith Hall also has a small breakout room that can be used for up to 20 people. This facility is a popular venue for management training events, and banquets. It is also located near the Griffith Village Cabins.

Bradford Woods has a number of picnic shelters available for rental for picnics, cookouts, or company events. Shelters are available at the beach/waterfront, in the observatory field, or at the north end.

The newly-constructed Jerry D. Semler/ MDRT Foundation Sports Pavilion houses a combination basketball/ volleyball court. The covered court can also be used for large receptions or dinners. The court is available for general use, or can be reserved exclusively by the hour or by the day.

The Activity Center, located near Lilly Village, offers an exceptional view of the lake from the Tulley Overlook and is perfect for small group sessions and activities. The center is typically used for crafts and games for elementary school groups, but can also be used as a meeting space for up to 40 people. With tables and chairs, the activity center can accommodate 18 people.

The Agape Lodge in Krannert Village is one of our most popular facilities. This family-style cabin provides a cozy atmosphere for retreats, scrapbooking weekends, slumber parties, meetings, family reunions and more. This facility has six bedrooms with a combination of bunk beds and single beds to accommodate up to 17 people. It also has a spacious living room/dining room area and a full kitchen.There are separate male and female bathroom and shower facilities. The great room has tables and chairs for up to 20 people, along with several couches and a fireplace. Agape also has wireless internet.

The Carr Center is another popular meeting venue. The facility has tables and chairs for more than 100 people, a built-in LCD projector, white board, projection screen and stationary easel/flip chart. It has a spacious wooden deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs and a gorgeous view of the woods and lake. Nestled between the Lilly Cabins, the Carr Center does not have a kitchen, but does have two refrigerators.

The Interpretive Center, located near Baxter Village, houses the Altum Sensory Garden and several bird watching areas, and can be used as a meeting facility for up to 40 people. The center offers a dramatic view of the lake through large picture windows.

The Manor House is the beautifully-restored former home of John Bradford, who deeded Bradford Woods to Indiana University in 1939. Built from 1909-1912, the Manor is listed on the National Registry of Historical Places and has been carefully updated to be fully accessible in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Manor is a great location for retreats, family reunions, scrapbooking weekends, quilting parties, and more. Its eight charming bedrooms offer one to five beds per room to accommodate groups of up to 29 people. The Manor living room, with spacious sitting area and fireplace, provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere where guests can enjoy a game of cards, work on a puzzle together or simply converse with friends. Its sun porch offers a relaxing environment for guests to enjoy quality time alone reading, working on crossword or sudoku puzzles and more. Our culinary staff can serve a tasty meal for your group in the Manor’s private dining room, or you can rent the industrial kitchen to create your own meal. This facility offers many meeting room options for guests, including a lower level conference room, dining room, living room with fireplace, solarium, library and spacious backyard.
