Booking Availability: Private pool bookings are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate all requests, bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Duration: Each booking includes 3 hours of private pool access. Capacity: The maximum capacity for the private pool booking is 19 guests including swimmers and observers. Reservations: Reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by the Marmora and Lake Inn B and B staff. Walk-in bookings may be accepted if availability permits. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Payment methods accepted may vary, and details will be provided during the booking process. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made [insert cancellation period, e.g., 48 hours] or more prior to the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than [insert cancellation period] before the scheduled booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Arrival Time: Guests are requested to arrive promptly at the scheduled start time of their booking to maximize their pool time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no refund or adjustment in price. Pool Rules: All guests must adhere to the pool rules and regulations set forth by Marmora and Lake Inn B and B. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of the pool session without refund. Safety: The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. Guests are expected to use the pool facilities responsibly and follow any instructions provided by staff members. Damage Policy: Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the pool facilities or property during their booking. Additional charges may apply for any necessary repairs or cleaning. Liability: Marmora and Lake Inn B and B shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the private pool booking. Management Discretion: Marmora and Lake Inn B and B reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking at any time, at the discretion of management, for reasons including but not limited to misconduct or violation of the terms and conditions. Renting Terms for Marmora and Lake Inn - Bring-Your-Own-Food Venue Reservation Process: To secure your booking at Marmora and Lake Inn, a reservation deposit of $250 is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total rental fee. Rental Fees: Rental fees for our party room, dining area, and outdoor patio vary depending on the duration and size of your event. Please inquire for detailed pricing information. Bring-Your-Own-Food Policy: We invite you to bring your own food to customize your event menu according to your preferences and dietary requirements. However, outside catering services must comply with health and safety regulations. Event Duration: Rental periods are available in hourly blocks, with a minimum rental duration of 4 hours. Extended rental hours can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Cleaning Fee: A venue cleaning fee of $169 plus tax will be applied to each event booking. This fee ensures that the venue is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after your event. Room Rental Details: Our venue offers nine individually rentable rooms, providing flexibility for events of various sizes. Each room rental includes access to our amenities and facilities. Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required upon booking to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning fees. This deposit will be refunded within [specified timeframe] after the event, provided no damages occur. Additional Services: We offer optional add-on services such as audiovisual equipment rental, decorating assistance, and event staffing. Please inquire for pricing and availability. Payment Terms: Full payment for rental fees, cleaning fees, and any additional services is due 10 days prior to the event date. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank email money transfers. Minimum Rental Fee: The minimum rental fee for events with up to 35 people is $350. For events with more than 35 people, a rental fee of $7 per person will apply.
