Terms and Conditions

Term/Termination This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by this agreement. Changes/Cancellations Should the event be canceled or postponed, 100% of any money paid to Broughton Events & Design Studio less the $100.00 retainer will be refunded within 30 days of written notice. Should Broughton Events & Design Studio be unable to perform any of the specified tasks outlined in this agreement client will be refunded less $100.00 retainer within 30 days of your event date.
