Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Bank Transfer
2. Payment Schedule:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit is due at the time of contract signing.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the event date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date will result in the loss of the entire payment.
Cancellation by Events by Ellie Bean: In the rare event that we must cancel your service due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
4. Additional Terms:
All personal items for setup must be delivered and prepped before our coordinator's arrival. Proper labeling and readiness of DIY items are required to ensure a smooth setup process.
