For one price, you get our entire 5th floor event space for your event, a 4 hour inclusive Host Bar, all Audio/Visual Equipment (dance floor, screen, LCD projector, microphones), and set-up of tables, chairs, table linen, and centerpieces. The 5th floor includes our Hartford Ballroom, our Rooftop Patio, and our Excel Room.

Bar includes 4 hours OR $4,500 in sales, whichever comes first. 50% non-refundable deposit due with signed agreement. All other items requested that are not provided by the hotel will be provided at the Client's expense. This includes but is not limited to: additional tables, chairs, and table linens that are either over the capacity that the hotel can provide or additional colors/types of table linen that the hotel does not have in their regular inventory. There will be a $100 per hour service fee for any additional decorating, like handing lights or other items from ceiling, walls, etc. DUE TO SAFETY/LIABILITY, ONLY HOTEL STAFF IS ALLOWED TO CLIMB LADDERS ON PROPERTY.
