Venue Hire Pricing Terms
Welcome ! We're excited to offer our space for your event. Below are our pricing terms and guidelines for venue hire to ensure your experience is enjoyable and stress-free:
Venue Hire Packages:
Standard Package (3 Hours Minimum)
Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): $300 per hour
Weekends (Fri-Sun) & Holidays: $400 per hour
Additional Hour: $100 per hour
Capacity: Up to 50 guests
Includes:
Exclusive access to our claw machines
Staff support and assistance
Basic decorations (optional)
Premium Package (4 Hours Minimum)
Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): $450 per hour
Weekends (Fri-Sun) & Holidays: $550 per hour
Additional Hour: $150 per hour
Capacity: Up to 80 guests
Includes:
Exclusive access to all areas of King Claw
Access to VIP games and machines
Dedicated event coordinator
Premium decorations (theme of your choice)
15% discount on toys and merchandise
Complimentary snacks and drinks for up to 20 guests
Deluxe Package (5 Hours Minimum)
Weekdays (Mon-Thurs): $600 per hour
Weekends (Fri-Sun) & Holidays: $700 per hour
Additional Hour: $200 per hour
Capacity: Up to 100 guests
Includes:
Everything in the Premium Package, plus:
Live entertainment options (magician, DJ, etc.)
Custom branded gifts or prizes for attendees
Exclusive game time for the birthday child or VIP guest
Additional Services & Upgrades:
Catering: Starting at $15 per person (customizable menu available)
Party Host: $150 for the duration of the event
Professional Photography: $250 for a 2-hour session
Customized Decorations: Prices vary depending on design and theme
Goodie Bags: Starting at $10 per bag
Event Security: $100 per hour (required for large events)

Terms and Conditions
Deposit & Payment Terms:
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Security Deposit: A $200 refundable security deposit may be required for large events, which will be refunded within 3 business days after the event if no damages or excessive cleaning are necessary.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: No refund provided, but the event may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Important Notes:
Setup and Cleanup: Venue hire includes 30 minutes of setup and 30 minutes of cleanup time. Additional time will be charged at $50 per 15 minutes.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is not permitted unless pre-approved and served by a licensed vendor.
Outside Vendors: Outside vendors (e.g., caterers, entertainers) must be approved by King Claw at least 2 weeks before the event.
