Pricing depends on the day and hours you would like the space. The most cost effective option is reserving our game room when the taproom is open. Pricing is organized around a minimum purchase requirement which can be met with in-house food and beer purchases.
For example, if you would like to rent out the taproom on a Mon-Wed, the minimum is $300 per house; meaning that if you would like the event to run 2 hours, your party would need to spend $600 in onsite food and beer. Here's an idea of how this works: if you're expecting 50 people and they all have two beers, the total is already at $700 and there is no charge to use the space. If you do not meet the minimum purchase amount, we would add the different in the form of a "room rental fee" on the top of your bill. The minimum covers the event space, AV equipment, and staff for setup/serving/cleaning/breakdown.
If you're expecting a smaller group, our game room is a semi-private space that holds about 25-30 people; 20 seats with the option of standing room. We say semi-private because other taproom guests would still need access to this room for one of our restrooms. The game room has a minimum purchase requirement of $100 per hour.
Terms and Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to hold your selected date. It can be refunded up to 2 weeks prior to the event. All deposits will go towards your total bill the day of the event.
