Terms and Conditions
We accept certified checks, money orders, and cash. We do accept credit card and debit with a 2% charge from the merchant. Personal checks may be accepted 7 days prior to the event at the option of Social Soiree. However, any returned checks are subject to a charge of $35 plus all legal costs of collection and may result in the cancellation of your rental.
INITIAL PAYMENT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Upon signature, Social Soiree reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that specific time and date. The initial payment of $500 of the balance stated is applied to the account balance and is NON-REFUNDABLE. The balance on the account must be paid 3 weeks before the event.
CANCELLATION: The client must give 60 days’ notice to cancel the contract, initial payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Additional payments made will be credited or returned minus cost of already ordered items.
