Booking: Upon signature of a contract, a deposit is required. The deposit is half of the room rental rate plus tax. The other half of the balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. All other additional services or fees can be charged on a separate invoice.
Cancellation: Upon cancellation of an event, the deposit is non-refundable. This means that we would move the event to another date, or we can transfer the deposit paid to another event in the future.
The patio area is brick paved, with market lights strung above. This patio area also overlooks the lake. This area can fit about 40 people with tables and chairs, or 150 people theatre (rows of chairs) style.
