We had our wedding there in July of 2023 and couldn't have been happier! The service was impeccable and more than we could have ever wished for. We worked closely with John to talk about our vision and he made it possible! I had particular requests that I wanted to make our day unique and John was very flexible and accommodating. Throughout the process we were able to get in touch with him quickly and easily and ask any questions we needed. We loved the lake side property for our first look which added even more depth and scenery to our wedding pictures. It was great that it was so close to the venue and made transportation very easy. We were able to get to the venue a couple hours before our ceremony to take pictures with our family and Villa Barone was extremely accommodating. They had waters, drinks and an antipasto board in the bridal suite for our wedding party to snack on in between pictures and the ceremony. We worked with Vinny during the day of the wedding and couldn't have been happier. John and Vinny coordinated all of our special requests and made the day seamless. We LOVED our day of matradee, Robert and bridal attendant Brianna. They were so helpful in every way! Whether it was sticking to our timeline, helping with the wedding dress bustle, giving family members leftovers at the end of the night and everything in between. Our guest LOVED the venue and the food! Every single guest came up to us or texted us after the wedding saying how impressed they were with the venue and the abundance of food. We chose the 2nd food package and were blown away by how much food came with it for the per plate cost. (Definitely the lowest price we came across!) Guests were talking about the dessert hour for days and LOVED it! We were able to request special dishes during cocktail hour and the sit down dinner. We were so so happy with the day of the wedding, the rehearsal, the walkthroughs and the planning process. Villa Barone is extremely professional and accommodating and gives the absolute MOST for the LOWEST cost we saw. We are forever grateful to have had our wedding there and will forever recommend it to all!

How many different times have you heard the same story about a wedding venue falling short of what they show you they can deliver? The picture is certainly worth one thousand words, but none of those words are of a positive sort. Villa Barone will show you their beautiful building, glamorous fountains and waterfall, pictures of previously done weddings and professional food photography. When you're done, you will be overwhelmed with one thousand words that still will not do the place justice. My wife saw the inside of the venue, and knew she wanted to get married at Hilltop Manor. Our experience with the wedding consultants was very comforting and never overwhelming. I was nervous and on-guard when first meeting with them as I've heard the stories where you don't get what you want because it may not fall into their exact guidelines. I was never led astray once, and any reasonable request was never turned down. My wife and I were able to plan things exactly the way we wanted them, and given ample amount of leeway to ensure it got done our way. I am a chef, so the food and beverage end of things was where I would really be concerned and focused on. However, my concern was quickly lifted. They give you so much to begin with, and all of my concerns were addressed in less than five minutes. People left my wedding talking about it for months, and saying how they never left a wedding with so much food and being so stuffed. The service was not only professional throughout the whole ordeal, but they were always smiling and projecting that they were proud of what they were doing. If you were to ask me to single out one thing that everyone at Hilltop Manor excelled at, it would easily be their availability. It's your special day, and you're always going to have a question or concern leading up to it. Every time I called with some type of quandary, they would always answer the question immediately. Even if they answered that one question and I was satisfied, they always asked, "Do you need to come in and discuss or look over anything else? Let's schedule something." Villa Barone Hilltop Manor does not just "do weddings." They make themselves available to ensure that your day can always be called "special."
