Terms and Conditions

Abita Roasting Company is your exclusive food and beverage provider, event venue, and caterer. We are here to make sure your event runs smoothly and within the scope of this contract. However, our staff works for Abita Roasting Company and are not professional wedding/party planners or coordinators. If you feel that your event requires a professional event planner, please contract with a third party and have them contact our Event Booking Department. DEPOSIT & RENTAL When booking at Abita Roasting Co., a deposit of 50% and electronic signed contract are required to reserve private space. The event rental rate is for a three-hour event and includes tables, chairs, and linens as specified. Specific/additional linens are available at an additional charge. CANCELLATIONS: For private room reservations, a 25% (of total bill) cancellation fee will be charged if the event is canceled within 1 week prior to the event. For buyout of the entire facility, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged if the event is canceled within 1 month prior to the event. This is not applied at the discretion of the owners, or in the event of a natural disaster. DECOR GUIDELINES: No Confetti, No Glitter, No Exceptions ($250 Cleanup Charge will be applied if Glitter or Confetti is used in guest's decor). No Candles (LED only allowed), No Sparklers (Guests will be responsible for all damage from unauthorized use of sparklers or open flames). Please make sure all centerpieces and decorations are delivered in a timely manner; free of tags, stickers, etc. All items must be assembled and ready to place in appropriate locations. We will not assemble decorations. No Tape, No Glue, & No Tacks can be used on our walls or floors. (Minimum of $250 will be charged for any damage that results from these items). MENU: Final guest count and menu selections are due 14 days prior to the event start date. Abita Roasting Co. will provide all food and beverages at on-site events. No outside food and beverages are allowed with the exception of a cake. Menu accompaniments and sauces are subject to change seasonally. Prices subject to change. PAYMENT: Payment for at least the minimum guaranteed guest count required regardless of the final count. Any remaining balance must be paid at the conclusion of the event.
