An inspiring space in a prime location in the Madison downtown train depot, this 900 square foot creative space is situated inside a renovated rail car. This space is perfect for corporate events, parties, meetings, team building, creative sessions and client presentations. Great Venue - An Eventective User

We had an event here recently and we were not disappointed. The unique, clean, and chic feeling in the car was something our guests really enjoyed. Everything was set up perfectly for what we needed. Brian and Prasada were excellent hosts and their choice of barware lovely. I will definitely use Local Motive again for a venue in the Madison area.

PERFECT - An Eventective User

Local Motive was absolutely perfect for our small ceremony. It's a gorgeous and cozy space with charming artsy features. The staff were so incredible and caring, they really made it so easy to have a great time. I cannot recommend it enough!!!!! You will love it.
