Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: The payment terms event are as follows: 50% deposit due at initial signing of the Agreement. Meeting room charges only • Total estimated balance due (14 days) business days prior to Event. • Accepted forms for payment for the Event are cash or credit card. • Must have a credit card on file or $250 cash security deposit must be given and it will be returned after the event if there are no damages. • Cancellation of an event within: o 30 + Days full refund o 26-30 Days 50% of deposit will be refunded. o 25-6 Days 30% of deposit will be refunded. o 5 days prior no refund will be refunded. Alcohol Charges Only • Total due 14 days in advance business days prior to Event. • Accepted forms for payment for the Event are cash or credit card. • Cancellation of an event within: o no refund will be refunded after the final payment is taken.
