Essential Services: Ensure Client has all the attention they need and deserve while getting ready for the event ; Receive deliveries, greeting and supervising all vendors as they load and set up, etc; Distribute Hard copies of Final Event Itineraries to all vendors; Oversee proper set up and design of ceremonies / reception areas; Accept all flowers, ribbons, corsages, boutonnieres, pin-ons, etc. and distribute accordingly; Greet special guests and escort to personal accommodations / dressing rooms and ensure that refreshments are available to them prior to the event; Ensure proper placement of guest place cards, guest books, photographs, favors and gifts, programs brochures, handouts, per instructions outlined in the itinerary and design detail; Make certain guests with special needs of any kind receive care and assistance without making them feel uncomfortable; Greet guests and direct them accordingly; Execute Site / Venue Pre-Event Inspection one hour prior to event; Facilitate Venue Walk Through / Rehearsals * & Inspection Prior to Event; Oversee Guest Registrations, Seating Guides and Arrangements; Ensure that event is cued appropriately to ensure correct pace and timing; Come to the rescue when something isn’t right; Distribute final balances and gratuities to the vendors on your behalf; Keep track of, organize and pack everything up at the end of the evening;
