What’s Included:
? Exclusive use of Whitestone Island for the entire event day (from 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM)
? Ceremony and reception spaces on three expansive patio levels with stunning ocean views
? Capacity for up to 70 guests
? Access to the main house for getting ready (not for overnight stay)
? Use of the private dock for guest arrivals by boat or water taxi
? Access for approved wedding vendors (catering, photography, florals, etc.)
? Complimentary site visit prior to the wedding date for planning and logistics
? Basic cleaning services after the event
Additional Notes:
No overnight accommodations are included in the single-day package. Guests must arrange transportation to and from the island on the day of the event.
Catering, bar service, rentals (tables, chairs, décor), and entertainment must be arranged separately through approved vendors.
All setup and teardown must be completed within the event timeframe.

Pricing & Payment Terms for Whitestone Island Weddings
Payment & Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event date.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept credit card, e-transfer, wire transfer, or invoice payments.
Cancellation Policy:
If the event is canceled more than 60 days before the wedding, the deposit is non-refundable, but no further charges apply.
If the event is canceled less than 60 days before the wedding, the full balance is non-refundable.
In the case of extreme weather or travel restrictions preventing access to the island, we will work with you to reschedule the event within 12 months, subject to availability.
Special Offers & Discounts:
Weekday weddings (Monday – Thursday) receive a 10% discount.
Off-season weddings (November – March) receive a 15% discount.
Additional Terms:
The island can accommodate up to 70 guests for the ceremony and reception, with overnight accommodations for up to 16 people.
All vendors (caterers, photographers, florists, etc.) must be pre-approved to ensure they can safely operate on the island.
Transportation to the island is not included but can be arranged via water taxi, floatplane, or private boat charter.
A security deposit of $7,500 is required and will be refunded within 7 days after the event, pending any damages or additional cleaning fees.

? Access to the island’s private dock for guest arrivals via boat, floatplane, or water taxi
? Use of the main house and patios for welcome gatherings, rehearsal dinner, and post-wedding brunch
? Complimentary site visit before the wedding for planning and logistics
? Basic cleaning services after the event
Additional Notes:
Wedding guests must depart on the night of the wedding, except for those staying overnight.
Catering, bar service, rentals (tables, chairs, décor), and entertainment must be arranged separately through approved vendors.
All wedding-related activities (ceremony, reception, dinner) must conclude by 11:00 PM.
Check-in for overnight guests is at 3:00 PM on arrival day, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on departure day.
