We rent the property for weddings as a turn-key package for $14,900 +hst for weekend peak season weddings , and a reduced price of $9,900+hst for off-season ( Oct 18th - June 13th ) and weekday (Mon-Thurs) events. Here’s what’s included… - Full access to the property the evening before, and morning after the wedding. This includes the barn and the Farm House. For example, if your wedding is on a Saturday you will get access starting at 4pm on Friday for setup, two nights in the house, and checkout at 11am on Sunday. - Wooden Arbour, and Wooden benches to seat 150 for Ceremony. - The barn has six washrooms and a prep Kitchen for your caterer. You can use whoever you’d like. - We include chairs, harvest tables as well as vintage plates and flatware for 150 guests, this is $6k value if rented elsewhere separately. - We allow you to bring your own liquor and we can help you to obtain a license for that. This helps significantly with liquor costs, compared to other venues. - Sound System with two speakers, Mic and mixer board. - The farmhouse is newly renovated and sleeps 10. Two bedrooms with king beds, one with a Queen bed, and a bunk room with 4 singles. - We have three gorgeous waterfront units which sleep 4 in each unit, if you need more accommodations. The nightly rate for these are $399/unit. - We also have 5 Glamping tents available to rent separately. We set them up in the field behind the barn. They are equipped with double-high queen air mattresses, rugs, coolers, two chairs. There are 5 showers located in the back of the barn for these visitors. They rent for $150/night. - Onsite parking is included for all your guests and we will provide staff to help direct the arrival of all your guests.
