We are pleased to present you with the details of our price package terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows: If the event is canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled date, there will be no cancellation fee, and any deposits or payments made will be fully refunded. If the event is canceled between 15 and 29 days before the scheduled date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If the event is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date, the full package amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. Method of Payment: We accept various payment methods to provide you with convenience and flexibility in settling the balance of the package. You can make payments through the following methods: Check: You may issue a company or personal check in favor of our catering company. Please ensure that the check is received and cleared before the due date to avoid any delays. Venmo or Cash App: We can provide an invoice detailing the package cost and payment instructions. Payment should be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice. Payment Due Date: To secure our services and confirm your booking, an initial deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the scheduled event date. For bookings made within 10 days of the event, the full package amount is due at the time of booking.
