*Client will provide food and beverage.
*Client is responsible for plates, cups, napkins and silverware.
*Client is responsible for clean-up of all food and beverage. There is not to be excessive trash left which means debris on the floor (i.e, busted balloons, streamers, banners, trash, etc.) and/or trash in the parking lot. If there is excessive trash, we will charge a $100.00 clean-up fee.
*If Client is renting audio/visual equipment (i.e., speaker/microphone/projector) from Ashmore Inn & Suites, Client will be held responsible to return ALL equipment to the front desk at the end of the event. If equipment is damaged/broken/missing at the end of the event, Client will be financially responsible for replacement of equipment. Speakers/Microphones are valued at $250 plus tax and Projectors are valued at $650 plus tax.
*The Ashmore Inn and Suites strives to keep noise level down in all common areas, where other guests will not be interrupted by the event. If there is a complaint, we will ask for the noise level to be adjusted. In the event of another complaint, we will ask the event to end earlier than scheduled.
*Client is NOT allowed to put any holes in walls. The use of duct tape is prohibited. No fog or bubble machines. No confetti or glitter. IF CONFETTI OR GLITTER IS FOUND IN THE MEETING SPACE, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD $250.00 FOR EXCESSIVE CLEAN-UP AND WILL REFUSE ANY RENTAL SPACE AGAIN.
* At the time of the event payment is due and doors are locked until payment is received.
*The thermostat is temperature controlled and is to not be adjusted. It is regulated with the temperature outside, please keep doors closed to control the room. Front desk does not have control of the thermostat box.
** $ 100.00 Fee occurrence after 11:00pm. Which means that your party ends at 10:30pm, music is off, and by 11:00pm you should have all your belongings out and ready to go. Doors must be locked by 11:00pm. If front desk must wait to close the doors, then any card on file will be charged $100.00, no exceptions.
Alcohol Indemnification Clause for: Ashmore Inn & Suite Inc.
“Alcohol is allowed during your event, should you wish to provide this for your guests. No alcohol may be provided to a minor. The undersigned accepts all liability and the indemnification provision below applies during and after the event as to any alcohol related incidents including automobile accidents involving drunk drivers who were allowed to drink alcohol at the event.
Indemnification/Hold Harmless: The undersigned, in consideration of being allowed to use the room and related facilities during the term of use, indemnifies and holds harmless the Hotel, its owners and employees from any damages sustained as a result of claims, demands, costs, or judgements arising from use of the room(s) and related facilities. This waiver of claims and indemnification provision relates to any and all persons who are on the premises during the event and any accident or incident that results in claims against the Hotel, owners and employees as a result of event behaviors and actions.”
