Two Chefs are Better than One catered my wedding. We didn't have very much time to plan our wedding and were grateful to find any caterer to accept us. We could hardly believe how wonderful they were. The main thing that we were worried about at the time was staying within budget. They went over with us all the different options on how to make our budget work, balancing the cost of the food with the rental cost for the dishes and linens. Also, my now husband and I have families with very different tastes in food. They helped us find a middle ground. They even were willing to prepare a recipe of my fiances mother's. They also asked us detailed questions about the schedule for the big day, and made suggestions about where we should provide additional refreshments when people were going to be waiting for the next activity. To this day, people keep mentioning to me how much they loved the cheese tray that was put out while they were waiting for the chairs to be set up outside for the ceremony. Our wedding reception was held outside on the grounds of our church, and there wasn't any kind of industrial kitchen to wash all the dishes, and there wasn't as much space for a breakdown station as there would be at most venues, but no one from Two Chefs seemed to mind. The waiters were extremely polite and good humored (a special feet in the heat of the summer in their uniforms) and the food was amazing. I am only sorry I didn't get to eat more of it.
