Event Space Rental Terms & Conditions
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in the designated parking lot area. No smoking inside the venue or on the grounds.
Alcohol Policy: The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests may bring their own alcohol, but no sales or distribution of alcohol are allowed without prior written approval.
Event Insurance: Renters are required to provide proof of event insurance covering liability and damages. Insurance must be obtained prior to the event date.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of twice the rental cost is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after the event, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
Minimum Rental Time: The minimum rental period is 3 hours. Additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate, as outlined in the rental agreement.
Event Set-Up and Clean-Up: Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up. All personal property and decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Parking: Parking is available in the 30-car lot. Renters must ensure that all vehicles are parked in designated areas. Unauthorized parking or blocking access to other vehicles may result in towing at the renter’s expense.
Damage to Property: Renters are responsible for any damage to the venue, property, or equipment during their event. Any repairs required due to damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund of the rental amount and security deposit. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days in advance will receive 50% of the rental amount back, along with a refund of the security deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will result in the loss of both the rental amount and the security deposit.
Compliance with Laws: Renters must comply with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances while using the space.
Noise Levels: Renters must ensure that noise levels are kept at a respectful level. Noise restrictions may apply depending on the time of day and local ordinances.
Access to Venue: Access to the venue is only allowed during the scheduled rental period. Early access or late stays will incur additional charges.
