Thanks for your interest in renting the Louisville Nature Center! Reach out to us to learn about rental rates and availability. Our indoor space can hold up to 62 seated, 100 people standing. We also offer rentals of our outdoor grounds, and parking lot reservation. Within the rental fee, you will have access to 12 folding banquet tables, approximately 60 chairs, a microwave oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, two coffee machines, and ample counter space. All food is welcome, we do not have catering fees or limitations. All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender, and we need a copy of their insurance beforehand. You are welcome to decorate the space, so long as you use painter’s tape and do not attach anything to the back mural. You are welcome to come see the rental space during our hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. To reserve the date, call or visit LNC to pay in full.
