The gym can be used for wedding receptions, family reunions, parties, Christmas parties, dances, corporate meetings, sporting events. Upon request, we can make available to the customer, basketball goals and volleyball nets. We have 6' rectangle tables, round tables and chairs available at no additional cost.
A deposit of $100 is required at the time of signing a contract. If event is cancelled 30 days prior, the deposit will be returned. We have a fee of $95 for liability insurance. We require a damage deposit of $300 which is fully refunded if there is no damage incurs. There is a clean-up fee charged which is returned if renter cleans up their own event. Rental is for 4 hours. If more time is needed for event there is an additional $50 per hour. Included in the 4 hour rental are 2 hours for decorating before the event and 1 hour for clean-up after the event. Renter can bring in their own decorations and catering services.
