The Hotels Ballroom can accomodate up to "300" attendees (30 - 72" round tables with 10 seats per table) with a dance floor & stage.
The Holiday Inn Louisville East is a Full-Service Hotel that has its own In-House Catering Dept & Banquet Dept. Therefore; we do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the hotels meeting spaces. The only exception would be a wedding cake can be brought in. Please contact the Catering Dept. for more information about our Food & Beverage pricing. The 2024 Catering Guide is attached. Prices are subject to change. Please discuss pricing with Catering Director.
We own our audio-visual equipment; therefore, our AV pricing is very reasonable. However, we do allow groups to bring in their own audio-visual needs if they prefer to do so. The current AV Pricing Sheet is attached to look over.
