The Bronze Package is our basic package. It works for the host that is looking for a little assistance withe their festivity planning. The Bronze Package includes:

Both parties agree to the following:
Services:
“Coordinator” will provide the following:
• Assistance with Selection of and Negotiations with Vendors
• Creating a Theme
• Guest List Management
• 1 Coordinator Available on Day of Event (either in person or via the web depending on location)
• Local Parties include Set Up and Tear Down
Additional Services can be provided for extra fee(s).
Conditions
1. I understand that my role will be that of advisor and coordinator. You will make the actual selections of service providers and I will implement those selections.
2. You will make payments directly to the service providers/vendors and not to me. I do not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product.
3. If litigation occurs, it occurs in the jurisdiction where my office is located and the winning part will be reimbursed for attorney and legal fees and court costs.
4. It is your responsibility to provide me with contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled timetables for all service providers involved in the wedding ceremony/reception no later than 14 days prior to the wedding or upon the signing of this letter.
5. It is also your responsibility to notify me of any changes in a timely manner. I shall not be held liable for any changes made by you or your selected service providers. I will use my professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, nonperformance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes.
6. In the event a venue coordinator is on site I will work with you and the coordinator as needed.
Fees & Payment Schedule
For my services you will pay me a total of $300. Payment will be made as follows:
A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $150 upon signature of this letter of agreement
$150 due ten days prior to your event date .
Term/Termination
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by this letter of agreement.
Changes/Cancellations
Any changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. You may cancel this agreement, in writing, for any reason. If the wedding is canceled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses. If you cancel less than [90] days before the wedding – except for the death of a member of your immediate family – there will be no refund. If the event is not canceled, there will be no refund. If additional costs are incurred such as time, labor or out of pocket expenses, that are not covered by the initial retainer and second deposit, client is responsible for those expenses.
Acts of God
If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall cause you to cancel your wedding; I, April Johns, will require payment only for the time actually spent planning your wedding.
All parties agree to the terms and conditions above:
Our As Small as a Baby's Breath is our Day of Coordination package. One month prior to event we schedule a meeting to finalize all details. The week prior to your event we confirm all vendors, pick up any accessories and decorations so you don't have to worry about where they need to be. At the Rehearsal we coordinate with your officiant and bridal party to ensure seamless flow of ceremony.
Day of Coordination includes:
- 2 Coordinators for entire length of day from set up to breakdown
- Set up accessories tables at ceremony and reception sites
- Point of contact for vendors including payment
- Pining boutonnieres and corsages
- Direct the processional and recessional including queuing of music
- Assisting the photography and videography teams to ensure capturing your entire day
- Transferring of all floral arrangements and decorations from ceremony to reception site
- Timing the special touches of your reception to flow smoothly and effortlessly
- Overseeing the bride and groom send off
- Packing of cake, food, and gifts to guarantee safe arrival at their destination
- Returning all rentals, accessories etc. to vendors
