“COORDINATE” PACKAGE
*Pricing reflects events with up to 100 guests, additional assistance is required for every 30 guests beyond the initial 100 as outlined in the additional services.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to have 2 in-person or virtual consultations with Client one month prior to the Event Date to discuss details of the event. All other communications will be via email, phone call, or text message.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to provide Client with a list of recommended vendors upon booking.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to assist with venue setup planning as needed within one month of the Event Date.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to contact all vendors listed on the contact sheet provided by Client two weeks prior to the Event Date to confirm details of their services and provide contact information.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to provide Client with a detailed itinerary for the Event Date.
Responsibilities of Bespoke Events by Abby on Event Date
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to be on-site for up to 12 hours on the Event Date. This will include setup time. If additional time is needed for event breakdown the Client may purchase more time at a rate of $150/hour up to 14 total hours on-site.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to manage vendors on the day of the event per Client’s instructions.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to manage décor setup at the event. This excludes the creation or installment of large floral arrangements.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to setup all table numbers/names, place cards, favors, toasting glasses, and serving sets per Client’s requests.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to manage all entertainment, announcements, and events during the event.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to ensure all payment of vendor tips at the reception per Client’s requests.
Bespoke Events by Abby agrees to collect personal and rental items for pick-up on the date of the event as directed by the Client, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Our event planning service includes day-of coordination and adds expert planning guidance, beginning three months prior to your event, ensuring every detail is meticulously crafted and flawlessly executed for your peace of mind.
