Thank you for considering The GuestHouse on Main in Louisville, Colorado as the venue for your upcoming event. We appreciate your interest and would be thrilled to host your celebration. Here are the details you need:
1. Proof of Event Insurance: To ensure a seamless event experience, we require guests hosting events to provide proof of event insurance with The GuestHouse LLC listed as the insured/beneficiary. While you have the flexibility to choose any insurance provider, we recommend WedSure for its comprehensive coverage and affordability (typically less than $225.00). WedSure also includes Host Liquor Liability Coverage at no additional cost.
2. Refundable Security Deposit: For event bookings, we request a refundable security deposit of $1,000. An invoice for the deposit will be provided, and it will be held until after the event.
3. Venue Fee: Our venue fee is $379 per hour for up to 30 guests, with a minimum booking duration of 4 hours. For events with more than 30 attendees, an additional fee of $40 per person applies. This fee includes the provision of round tables and chairs. You may also use rentals from a different vendor.
4. Event Coordination Options: We offer in-house event coordination services for an additional fee. Our experienced local event planner, Riann, can assist you with all aspects of planning and organizing your event. She brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to make your event truly special. Her fee is 20% of the total event cost. If you prefer to handle the coordination yourself (DIY) or bring in your own vendors, you are welcome to do so.
5. Onsite Assistance: During your event, a hostess/co-host can be requested for a socially distanced drop-in visit to provide assistance as needed. While they won't be present for the entire duration of the event, they will ensure that everything runs smoothly and address any concerns that may arise.
6. Permit for Live/Amplified Music: If you plan to have live or amplified music, we are required to file for a permit with the city, which incurs a $25 fee. Please provide us with at least a three week notice to allow for the permit approval process.
We also offer two, 2-bedroom suites available on-site. These suites offer separate dedicated staircases and can be used by the wedding party for dressing while maintaining privacy and separation.
