Thank you for your inquiry to Bowood Barn. We try very hard to create a budget friendly space that includes a lot, is easy to work with and offers additional services to keep you from having to run around so much! The tables/chairs are included as well as the huge selection of decor for free. The linens are available for rental and floral/balloon art services can be set up easily if you’re interested! The rates for rentals are $400 for five hours non-alcoholic and 50< guests. $500 with alcohol and required ABC Banquet License ($55). I’m not a stickler for guest numbers if it’s a few more than 50. All decorations on site are available for use at no additional cost. Trash and sweeping are also taken care of by Bowood. For gatherings greater than 50, different rates apply. 50 - 100 guests the rental is $600, 100 - 150 $800, 150 - 200 $1,000. Additional hours beyond the five hours may be purchased for $50/hour up to a total of eight hours including the original five. For an entire day of rental regardless of guest number the rate starts at $3,500. *$100 additional if alcohol is brought on property and the requirement of the ABC Banquet License. Events over 100 guests and/or with alcohol do require event insurance.
