Terms and Conditions

We do NOT require a deposit or rental fee. Instead, we hold our guests to a required minimum Food & Beverage (F & B) spend. Only the cost of food and beverages goes towards the required minimum spend. Tax, 4% service charge, and server gratuity do not count toward the minimum, but WILL be included in the final cost. For example - If your required F & B spend is $2,000, you should expect to pay at least $2,630 ($2,000 on food and drink, $190 for tax, $80 service charge, and $360 tip). Once a menu is selected, we will send you a breakdown of your estimated grand total, so you can see how everything is calculated. If you do not meet your required F & B minimum on the day of the event, the difference will be added to your bill as a miscellaneous fee.
