Terms and Conditions

MEETING REQUIREMENTS Seven (7) business days before your event, we require a final estimated program of events to finalize your specific daily requirements. SERVICE CHARGE & TAXES A service charge of 15.5% of the total food, beverage, rental, and audio-visual revenue will be added, which will be provided to wait staff employees, service employees and/or service bartenders. An administrative fee of 10.5% of the total food and beverage revenue and applicable taxes will be added currently at 9.50% tax. This administrative fee is retained by the Hotel and is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge for any employee and is not the property of the employee(s) providing service to you. The total administrative fee of 26% of the total food, beverage, and audio-visual revenue and applicable taxes will be added. Deposit Schedule A first deposit of 25% of the Minimum Anticipated Food and Beverage Revenue, is due when Group signs the contract. Unless credit has been established in advance by the Group with the Hotel, payment of an additional amount which, when added to the first deposit, will equal 50% of the Minimum Anticipated Food and Beverage Revenue, is to be made 2 weeks before the Event and any remaining balance is to be made in cash or credit card, at least 5 days before the Event. If any such payment is not made, the Hotel may, at its option, deem the Event to be canceled, in which case cancellation charges will apply as noted above and the Hotel will retain any deposits on hand and apply them to the cancellation charges. If credit has been established, payment will be due by the terms therefore agreed upon between the parties hereto, but in any event, no later than 20 days following the Event. Interest will accrue on any unpaid balance or deposit paid late at the rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum. All Social Affairs are to be fully prepaid one week before the Event. MARRIOTT BONVOY™ - REWARDING EVENTS Approximately (10) business days after the conclusion of the Event (provided that the Event is not canceled and the client has otherwise complied with the material terms and conditions of this Agreement), the Hotel will either award Points or submit an award for airline miles to the Member(s) identified below: Rewarding Events program does not apply to Events booked by or on behalf of any governmental entity, including any federal, state, or local agency or any other governmental body, and hotels may not award Points or airline miles to a government employee (or an intermediary booking on behalf of a governmental entity) in connection with the Rewarding Events program or otherwise in connection with planning, scheduling or contracting for an Event.
