We divide our days into two time slots, we do not go hourly: 10am-4pm, 5pm-11pm
Monday-Friday: Day Slot (Half Day): $700
Monday-Thursday: Night Slot (Half Day): $800
Monday-Thursday: Full day: $1,200
Music off 10:00pm on weekdays.
All guests out 10:30pm on weekdays.
Everything out and cleaned up by 11pm
We always require 1 host/doorman to be booked for this location for events.
We require 1 security guard for all events over 35 guests
The representative will be welcoming your guests and escorting them up to the venue. During the event, he will be standing outside monitoring the entrance and will be available to assist and answer any questions you may have as well as implementing our COVID procedures. This will add great value to your event and will ensure the success of our format as a hidden “speakeasy”. They will unlock and lock up the door for us at check in and check out. This is a separate cost on top of the rental fee and it is mandatory.
Events under 35 guests/Includes 1 host for the event:
Half day (6 hours): $180
Full day (12 hours): $360
Events over 35 guests / Includes 1 host & 1 Guard:
Half day (6 hours): $300
Full day (12 hours): $500
$30 an hour to add any extra time for a host and/or security.
We only allow into the venue vendors who are listed and booked on www eventorss.com (if you have someone you wish to hire but can’t find them on there NO WORRIES we can add them for no cost)

We require event Insurance for all events at our space.

Hosts get there 15 min early for check in
We collect $500 refundable security deposit before any event to cover any damages\extra time\extra cleaning if required. We refund the deposit 5-7 business days after the event. This is collected Via Email Invoice.
Sharp check in & out - We charge 1.5% of our asking rate for over time
You pay by the hour, (N/A for day rate customers) the time frame on your booking is the time you allow to use the loft, any additional time will follow by additional charges. Please include set up & clean up in your booking time frame.
Ask about our weekday production rate for under 10 people photoshoots, $99/hr. Pricing may vary for special holidays.
