As you enter this pristine modern house, you’ll be amazed by a sparkling pool in front of you that has an explosive Santa Monica ocean view through the large sliding/ bifolding glass doors.. you’ll also be drawn to look at the spiral staircase that leads to the Rooftop and a 360 degree View of all of LA, including Downtown skyscrappers, Hollywood Sign, Santa Monica Ocean, Malibu & Palos Verdes.
The rooftop comes with a bar & a seating space for up to 8 people including lounges and a table fireplace to enjoy the views and romantic sunsets with glasses of wine. The backyard offers an 8 people size Jacuzzi that is flying in the air with amazing sunset views through the glass fence, a large built in BBQ patio with barstools & swing seats to take your mind to the sky, a projector to enjoy movie nights or party videoclips from the Jacuzzi, a corner firepit table outdoor seating set, & a mini Golf course as well as a lot of space for entertainment & parties for up to 50+ people.. just amazing!
