Fat Eye Studios is truly a unique and beautiful industrial space from the 1940's with classic bow-truss ceilings. The space has been converted to a film + photo + video production studio and event venue with unique and beautiful environments both inside and outside. The facility has vast open spaces with the ability to subdivide, private rooms including makeup + hair + wardrobe amenities, full kitchenette, two restrooms + shower. There are incredible outdoor areas complete with now inactive train tracks and looming crane above harkens back to a bygone industrial era. Avocado + peach tree's have now rooted themselves. Loading access is easy with two large loading doors + onsite parking. There is a large free parking lot in front 60 plus cars and ample non-metered street parking. A true gem!
