Payment Terms - 50% of the planning fee is due after the initial free consultation. The remaining 50% will be paid day of the event. - Acceptable forms of payment include wire, check, digital payment servives (venmo and zelle). - Fee is based on guest count. Discount on fees apply to smaller events (for example, if you are hosting a party of 50 people, the fee would reduce from $500 to $250 Cancellation Policy Please note that cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit by the client. Any cancellation made prior to 7 days before the event will result in 50% of the initial deposit amount being retained by the planner, and the remaining 50% returned to the client. In a scenario where the event is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, the client may reschedule the event for no additional fee. In the event the planner is no longer able to continue with the client, the deposit will be refunded in full.
