Beautiful brightly lit colorful event space with a gorgeous view of DTLA. We are located right in the heart of the Fashion District in Downtown Los Angeles. Our space is 1,600 sq ft and extremely roomy. Enjoy four distinctively themed rooms with seating throughout the entire space. When you walk in the door you will feel an amazing vibe of good energy. This space is expressive and will leave you and your guests with a memorable experience that is unmatched. Furniture can also be moved around to fit your personal needs. With this event space there is great natural daylight. You will get gallery vibes with the setup in this space. RATES: $100 per hour + $100 cleaning fee - 4 hour minimum Weekly/Monthly discounts are available. Contact us for more information. SECURITY AND DOOR ATTENDANT: Security/Door Attendant will be needed on a case by case basis and mainly for large parties that include alcohol. Fee for security is $35 a hour and and must go through our partner security firm. • Door Attendant must monitor door to make sure guests stay within space and have proper access to bathroom. • Security must monitor to make sure event is under control at all times. INSURANCE: You must have “3rd party event liability insurance” for day of booking in the amount of $1,000,000. We require a copy of the insurance to be provided prior to event. ALCOHOL: You are allowed to bring alcohol but you are not allowed to sell alcohol.

CHANGING TIME OF BOOKING WITHIN SAME DAY: If you need to change your time of booking within the same day please notify Host as soon as possible. If there is availability in the booking schedule to change booking time there will be an additional $25 fee for this change. CANCELLATION: Full refund if cancelling more than 7 days prior. 50% refund if cancelling up to 24 hours prior to event. No refund if cancelling less than 24 hours prior to event. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE OR STUDIO: Renter agrees to pay the replacement costs of equipment or furniture that Renter and/or their Guests damage during the duration of the booking. In the event that the Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients or any of Renter's visitors damage any equipment or studio; Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacements necessary after booking. There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects. The Renter agrees that the Studio holds no liability for any damage or injury caused by use of rental or items in rental to the Renter or any third party. The Renter assumes all risk of personal property damage or personal injury. If any accident involving the Studio's rental items has occurred while it is in the Renter's possession, Renter shall make the Studio aware by written statement with details of occurrence of event including police report and names and addresses of witnesses, if applicable. WE WILL CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR ANY ITEM WITHIN STUDIO THAT GETS BROKEN. CLEANING: A $100 cleaning fee is added to every booked event. Please be respectful of the space, but we will handle the cleanup of any leftover trash, etc. CONFETTI, GLITTER ETC. There is absolutely no confetti or glitter allowed in studio. If there is glitter found during inspection after booking there will be an additional $75 charge added on for you to pay. SAFETY AND LIABILITY: Please be cautious of windows, that you and your guest do not hang out, lean on or sit on window seal. Renter is responsible for all persons that will be present during this rental term. The Studio will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents to the Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s contractors, Renter's clients or any and all of Renter's visitors that occur within or outside the studio premises.
