All fees due at time of booking
Venu rental
All events 1-30ppl $40+ per hour depending on type of event
30 – 60ppl $50+ per hour depending on type of event
A $100 refundable cleaning fee/deposit is due at the time of booking. This fee is nonrefundable if venue is not left in the condition it was received. If cleaning is needed, you will be notified within 24 hours after your event. If no cleaning fee is needed, you will receive your entire fee within 2 to 3 business days after the event depending on the date of event and depending on your banking institution it might take 7 days to post to your account.

Tables – 6-foot rectangle
Chairs – metal (enough for 60 people)
Bluetooth speakers

Small outdoor area in back for a tent (max size 10x20)
Space rules
No entry fee events
All events require a 1M 1 day event insurance (this cost can be added to your event rental)
All food and liquor vendors must have a license and insurance
No alcohol sales unless sold through an actual catering company with a license to sell liquor.
You will be responsible for any broken and damaged equipment and will be notified within 48 hours after the event.
Depending on the event security will be required. Location management will notify you at the time of booking.
