This unique event space is in the heart of the LA Arts District, within walking distance of Soho Warehouse, Bestia, Warner, Bluebottle, Zinc, Officine Brera, Bavel, Hauser & Wirth, Factory Kitchen, Stumptown Coffee, Two Bit Circus, Urth Caffe and Girl & The Goat with ROW at one end of Industrial St, Flying Embers in the middle and Little Bear pub at the other end. The whole area is kept clean and safe by the BIDS security teams, and dozens of major streets and freeways terminate at, or wrap around the perimeter.
This space offers third party clients the opportunity to host their experiences and events in our unique Main Gallery space, as well as making use of the beautifully dressed Mezzanine and Green Room areas. There are also dedicated event restrooms as well as a 150 sq ft service kitchen.
The Main Gallery is offered as dry hire, to provide clients with a blank space within which to bring their creative vision to life. Located on the ground floor, it is a vast 5000 sq ft area that is connected to a 500 sq ft Green Room and an overlooking 1500 sq ft Mezzanine area, perfect for hosting VIP's. This unique and highly versatile space comes equipped with state-of-the-art AV/Lighting, managed by our Partner, Visual Elements. The space is accessible via floor-to-ceiling shutter doors leading to a terrace that has disables slope access down to a large 6800 sq ft outside parking lot.

Cancellation Policy. If the Event is canceled by Licensee more than ninety-one (91) days prior to the Event Date, Licensor reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of fifty-percent (50%) of the Purchase Price. If the Event is canceled by Licensee sixty-one (61) to ninety (90) days prior to the Event Date, Licensor reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of seventy-five (75%) of the Purchase Price. A cancellation charge of one-hundred-percent (100%) of the Purchase Price shall be applied if the Event is cancelled by Licensee between zero (0) and sixty (60) days prior to the Event Date.
