Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT: The deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled 48 hours or less before the event (full cancellation policy is below). You may pay for your deposit by major credit card by phone or online portal. Deposit is returned following the conclusion of the event. PAYMENT: The entire balance is due payable by major credit card at the close of the scheduled event. The total balance due shall include any remaining rental fee balance, beverage costs, sales tax and a 20% gratuity. USE OF THE SPACE: We are excited to host your group in our space, but we ask that your attendees are respectful of our property. You are welcome to use approved decorations, but you must ensure they will not damage our floors, walls, furniture, or bar tops. Use of packing tape or duct tape is not allowed for hanging decorations. You are also welcome to bring in your own food for the event, but you must let our event coordinator know ahead of time and receive approval so we can ensure we have the proper setup for you. You are responsible for all serving items needed for food (plates, napkins, silverware, heating elements, etc.). You can bring in non-alcoholic beverages, but you must provide your own ice. You must take down all the decorations and remove any and all items you brought in (including leftover food items) at the end of the event by the agreed upon ending time listed above. DAMAGE DONE TO THE PROPERTY: If any damage is caused to the event space during your event that is the fault of the customer or their attendees, the customer will be responsible for paying for repairs at an agreed upon rate based on the going rate for the repairs needed. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: At Benny Boy, we take responsible service very seriously. Our bartenders are all trained on responsible serving and reserve the right to discontinue serving alcohol to anyone attending the event if needed. Anyone that consumes alcohol at the event must be over 21 with a valid ID. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is very flexible to accommodate life’s unknowns: Cancel up to 1 week before your event: Full refund of your deposit Cancel up to 48 hours before your event: 50% refund of your deposit Cancel less than 48 hours before your event: No refund of your deposit.
