Availability is subject to confirmation, and a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Capacity Limit: The event space has a maximum capacity that must not be exceeded for safety reasons. It is essential to adhere to the specified capacity to ensure the comfort and well-being of all attendees. Event Duration: The duration of your event should not exceed the agreed-upon time slot. Please ensure that you and your guests adhere to the designated start and end times, including setup and breakdown periods. Noise and Disturbance: We kindly request that all guests maintain a reasonable noise level to respect neighboring businesses and residents. Excessive noise or disturbances that disrupt the peace and tranquility of the surrounding area are strictly prohibited. Cleanliness and Damage: The event space should be treated with care and respect. Guests are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as they found it. Any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of the event will be the responsibility of the organizer. Catering and Refreshments: If you plan to provide catering or refreshments at your event, please coordinate with our team in advance to ensure compliance with any necessary permits, health and safety regulations, and proper disposal of waste. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the event space, including any designated outdoor areas. Please direct smokers to the designated smoking areas outside the premises.
