1. Respectful Behavior: Please be considerate of the space and its surroundings. Any disruptive behavior or noise complaints will not be tolerated.
2. Booking Details: Contact us via the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss the total number of cast & crew, desired dates, and any pets you plan to bring.
3. Neon Sign: Do not touch the neon sign; any damage will incur a $1200 repair fee.
4. Furniture and Decorations: Furniture and decorations may be moved gently with care. Please submit a request before moving any furniture.
5. Smoking and Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building.
6. No Fog/Haze Machines: Fog or haze machines are not permitted inside the space.
7. Alcohol Policy: Light alcohol, such as wine and beer, is permitted within the space. However, please consume responsibly and ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age. Hard liquor and excessive drinking are not allowed.
