Terms and Conditions

Deposit: A 40% deposit is required to confirm and secure all bookings and must be paid upon acceptance of the service agreement. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before services are completed. Failure to provide full payment on the event day may result in a delay or cancellation of services. Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the 40% deposit. Any cancellations prior to the 7-day window will be refunded minus any administrative fees incurred. Changes to Booking: Any changes to the scope or schedule of services must be communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. Additional charges may apply for changes made after this period. Liability: LiveTen Productions is not responsible for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, acts of nature, or third-party interference beyond our control. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing adequate access to the venue and electrical supply for the performance of the services. Any issues arising from the client’s failure to meet these requirements may result in additional charges or delays. Event Coverage: LiveTen Productions reserves the right to use footage or audio from the event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
