Venue Rental Hourly Charges Our Venue is rented based on the venue hourly rate of $150 per hour for the space. Four-hour min. for main venue. Additional fees include $175 restocking of all disposables including cleaners. Bar usage fee includes fully stocked bar and a TIPS certified bartender. We provide all the security guard service; you may not hire your own guards. Security Damage Deposit required for all hall rentals is $500 must be paid before event. This amount is refunded after the rental. Cost Breakdown: Bartenders are $25 per hour; per bartender, this cost for us to provide beverage service. Please remember Bartenders work for Tips. Security rates are based per guard, lead guard is $35 per hour, and $20per hour for each additional guard. 25% of the entire venue rental is required to hold the date of your rental. We do allow you to make payments, provided you are paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event. You are responsible for the wiping down of all tables, chairs and removing any and all trash debris. All trash most be disposed of properly, we have trash and recycling dumpster for all debris you may be required to do some spot mopping if floors are sticky, this must be done before you leave. . You are required to clean up your mess or you will not get you deposit back.
