Over the years I've used various airport shuttle services with hit or miss results. I decided from my last Super Shuttle experience to NYC (a nauseating, high-speed experience from the airport and a 20 minute late for pick up to the airport) I would go with another service even if it costs a bit more. If you want a worry free and pleasant transport experience you will not go wrong with East Coast Limos. I made reservations via the website once my trip was finalized- 5 months before my end of December trip. Within minutes I received a reply and within another few minutes the details for the pick up to and from La Guardia airport were solidified. I ended up changing departure hotels a few months later with ease. Shortly after landing I received a phone call welcoming me and letting me know he had a driver in the car waiting for me- a clean, WARM and welcoming sedan as it was about 19 degrees when we landed! Our group of 4 fit in nicely with all our luggage and we were transported to two different hotels by a pleasant female. We paid $65 ($55 for the trip and $10 for additional stop) for the trip not including tip. By comparison Super Shuttle would've packed us in a van for $52. East Coast Limos was definitely worth the additional $3.50 per person! The return trip was just as worry free and pleasant. Our parties left at different times of the day, but we both were called a few minutes before the scheduled pick up time to let us know our driver was ready. Unfortunately, East Coast Limos isn't in every city I travel in, but I know when I return to NYC there is only one choice with airport transportation for me.
