This pricing includes up to 5 hours private event time, 1 hour rehearsal, docents to give guided house tours, and additional photography time. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure the date, and full balance is due 60 days prior to the event. We also require a $1000 refundable security/damages deposit & special event liability insurance listing Rancho Los Cerritos as additionally insured. You are required to use our approved vendors for catering and equipment rentals but all other vendors you can bring in. We do require the booking of a licensed wedding coordinator for day-of coordination. All alcohol must be served to your guests by a licensed bartending service or your caterer. Please see attached Approved Vendor Contact List for more information. You are responsible for booking these vendors & providing Rancho Los Cerritos with timelines and layouts for all vendors. Because we are a historic site and museum, we are open to the public from 1pm-5pm during weekends, and events are to be scheduled around public hours. Typically wedding events begin at 5pm and end by 10pm, when City Ordinance dictates amplified music must be turned off. Clients & Guests have until 11:30 pm to be cleaned up and out.

$250 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee to secure date is required. Fee is then applied towards hourly rate. Set-Up & Clean-Up Time must be included in requested event time. Rancho Los Cerritos requires the use of approved vendors. Please ask for more details.
