A 25% deposit of the total estimated event cost is required to reserve the space. - The deposit will be applied toward the final bill. - The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

Terms and Conditions

**Rental Rate**: - Each space is available for $500 per hour. - A minimum of 2 hours is required for each event. - 100 people max capacity for the whole building. **Cancellations**: - Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. - Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. - Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. **Cleaning**: - The Renter is responsible for cleaning the rented space following the event. This entails removing all food, drinks, decorations and other props initially brought for the event. - If additional cleaning is required, a fee of $100 will be deducted from the deposit. **Liability**: - Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur as a result of the event. - Host is not liable for any injuries or damages to Renter or their guests during the event. **Catering**: - Catering services are not provided by the Host. - Renter is responsible for arranging their own catering services. **Amenities**: the following amenities are included with your rental... - Parking: Up to 30 parking spots are available. - WiFi: Complimentary high-speed WiFi is provided for your convenience. - Audio Equipment: Speakers (music or speaking) and a microphone are available, may be subject to availability. **Additional Rules & Regulations**: - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rented spaces. - Alcohol may be served but must be consumed responsibly and in compliance with local laws. - All decorations must be approved by Host and removed promptly after the event. - Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbances to other building occupants. - Event end times must be strictly adhered to. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
