EVENT LAYOUT: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the venue will not be held responsible for the specific design, arrangement, or layout of tables and chairs for the event. The Client acknowledges that any decisions regarding the placement and configuration of tables and chairs are solely within the Client's responsibility. WEDDING / EVENT COORDINATIONS: We are not a full service facility. There is 1 support staff member on site at all times. However, venue rental does not include a wedding / event coordinator. We are not responsible for managing vendors, timelines, layouts, event facilitation, or music facilitation. DAMAGE: If any cleaning or repairs deemed necessary beyond normal use (including, but not limited to paint damage, floor gouges, damaged tables or chairs, broken glass, etc) the client will be charged accordingly using the card on file and deposit will be withheld. CAPACITY: Client understands that the maximum capacity is 100 people seated (ceremony style) and 60 people seated and 80 strolling (standard event style) and will not exceed this limit. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any event exceeding this capacity without refund. CANCELLATION: If the client cancels, all paid funds are non-refundable or transferable. If any of the contractual payments are missed, We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. If the full rental payment is not received 21 days prior to your event, We reserves the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. FORCE MAJURE: “Force majeure” means any unforeseeable circumstance which is beyond the control of a Party, or any unavoidable event, even if foreseeable. As a result, a party shall not be considered to be in default or breach of this Agreement, and shall be excused from performance or liability for damages to the other Party,. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, any strike, factory closure, explosion, maritime peril, natural disaster, act by a public enemy, fire, flood, accident, war, riot, insurgence or any other similar event. PHOTO RELEASE: We may display and use any photographs from your event for advertising, display, website, internet promotion any other means of promotion at our discretion, without charge. ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcohol may not be sold at any event. ALL alcohol ( including but not limited to : champagne, mimosas, mixed drinks, punches, etc) must be served by a certified bartender. Proof of certification must be presented no less than a week in advance. Guests may NOT bring in their own alcohol to self serve. Alcoholic beverages may not be made available to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) under any circumstances while on the premises of the facility. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $500 fee/event cancellation without refund. SMOKING: There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination without a refund CLEANING / TRASH REMOVAL: We are not a full service facility. All trash should be collected and properly bagged, then moved to the back of the event space at the conclusion of the event. Client will forfeit the deposit if trash is not properly compiled. CONDUCT: Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate removal from the property. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly, at our sole discretion, staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases, no refund of the rental fee shall be made. LOITERING / GATHERING: There may be no loitering or gathering in front of the building or in the parking before, during, or after the event. EVENT TERMINATION: We reserve the right to immediately terminate any event in violation of the terms listed above without refund.
