Terms and Conditions
A NON-REFUNDABLE booking retainer of $250.00 must be paid to retain your available date. No dates will be held without a paid retainer. ALL rental balances must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to rental date along with the final guest count and menu for catering no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date. ALL rentals must end no later midnight (NO EXCEPTIONS). All events are hourly or packaged events and must adhere to the rental time on the contract. Additional time is based on availability and additional charges apply. Renters are responsible for taking out their trash, sweeping, mopping, and properly putting away the tables and chairs unless the facility is contracted to provide cleanup. A damage deposit of $500 is required in addition to the paid event total and is not the booking retainer fee. Deposit is refundable 7-10 business days after the event inspection.
Our staff can alleviate your stress by helping you plan your wedding, party, baby shower, meeting, convention or banquet. We have creative menus and a great staff to insure success. Whether your event is social or business we can personalize your event to your every need.
All spaces will accommodate a wide variety of entertainment including bands and dj's with electrical and audio-visual needs. Portable stages, track lighting and backdrops are also available.
