Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: Urban Space Incorporated will provide professional services to the client for the duration of the agreed upon event. 2. Payment: The client will pay the agreed upon price to Urban Space Incorporated on or before {{event_final_due_date}}. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the contract. 2 a. Deposit: The client will pay the agreed upon deposit to Urban Space Incorporated on or before {{event_deposit_due_date}}. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. (Please see section 3 for reference to cancellations) 3. Cancellation: Any cancellation by the client must be made at least 30 days prior to the event date. If less than 30 days’ verbal/written notice is given, the client will still be charged the agreed upon fee. 4. Performance: Urban Space Incorporated will perform the agreed upon services by an employee or contractor of Urban Space Inc. to the best of their abilities. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to equipment failure or illness, Urban Space Inc. reserves the right to cancel the contract. 5. Liability: Urban Space Inc. will not be held liable for any damages or injuries caused on the event premise. The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue is safe and the guests are well-behaved. 6. Copyright: Urban Space Inc. will comply with all copyright laws and will not infringe on any intellectual property rights. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason by giving written notice. (Please see section 3 for reference to cancellations) 8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of law principles. 9. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions and agreements. By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
