**Deposits are Non-Refundable ** All rights to images created by Memorable Moments Photo Booth Rentals aka The Atlanta Photo Booth Guy, refereed to as, "Company", will remain with the photographer. Memorable Moments reserves the right to display any photographs and/or video made in conjunction with this event as samples of work for the purposes of window and showroom exhibit, advertising, promotion on the internet, publication, instruction and professional competition. The client will obtain all rights to proofs and all high resolution digital files which may be used for personal use only, and may not be sold or published without the written consent of Memorable Moments Photo Booth Rentals. ** The Client will be responsible for full replacement of any/all damaged props and/or equipment at current day rate. ** Company will arrive at least (1) hour early to setup and test equipment and props ** Company will provide a 15 minute grace period to accommodate as many people requiring photos after contracted time has passed
